The shop enables you to purchase securely online. Payments are made securely via Shopify or Paypal.

Once payment has been authorised you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment details are not stored by Gabriella Casemore.

UK Delivery times for Jewellery Collections:

Gabriella Casemore jewellery is handmade to order with meticulous attention to detail and quality,.
Delivery times for standard jewellery items are 5-7 days.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery) 1-2 days, is available for most standard jewellery items, please select at checkout.

UK Delivery times for Bridal Collections:

Delivery times for Bridal headpieces, which are all made to order, are usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the time of year, or for a specific agreed date. Bespoke items may take longer, please get in touch to discuss.

If your order is more urgent than this please get in touch as rush orders are sometimes possible.
Bridal collection pieces will be sent for free by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the U.K.  
Please do not select Express Delivery at checkout for Bridal Headpieces.

Bridal Conversion Service:

If you are choosing to have your headpiece remodelled into jewellery after your wedding day, full return instructions will be included with your order. Your order will include a prepaid Special Delivery envelope to return your headband to Gabriella for free. You will need to take this to a post office to get proof of posting. Your finished jewellery will be posted back to you for free within 2-3 weeks, beautifully presented in our signature boxes, to treasure forever.

You have one year to return the headpiece for conversion, the cost of conversion is not refundable if you choose not to go ahead. After one year, conversion may still be possible, but costs may have increased and there may be a further charge. Please contact us to discuss.
If you did not choose the remodelling service initially but would now like to have your headpiece remade into jewellery, we can do this for you, please email us.

Wearing and caring for your jewellery

If jewellery and accessories are treated with care they can be worn and treasured for years to come. Care instructions will be included with your order.
Please note Gabriella Casemore jewellery and bridal items are not intended to be worn by children, bridesmaid item suggestions are for adult bridesmaids.

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful please do not spray with hairspray or perfume as this may cause stones to dull and silver will tarnish more quickly. Wash hands before handling silver, avoid moisturisers before handling silver as this will cause faster tarnishing. We advise storing your pieces in the original boxes, which contain anti tarnish tabs. Items with Gold leafing should be protected from being scratched by other items as gold leaf layers are softer than other metals. A refinishing service is available for all pieces, please email for more information.

As the jewellery is made from silver, great care should be taken to prevent it coming into contact with delicate fabrics, veils etc, as there is always the possibility of marking or snagging. Gabriella Casemore is not responsible for damage caused by the jewellery coming in to contact with other items being worn.
Silver and gold are soft metals and care should be taken to avoid damaging them and bending them out of shape.
